Rodniki

The settlement is just 30km from the regional center — the city Kostroma. It is situated behind an inhabited village in the hills and surrounded by forest. It is close to the river Meza, which is known for kayaking. The surrounding area is rich in berries, mushrooms and medicinal herbs, including fireweed, which can be made into tea.
There is electricity in the settlement and we have drilled wells. There is a communal house, where settlers can stay until their own house is ready. We are a very close-knit, friendly team.

We have planted hedges, gardens, vegetable patches and trees and dug out ponds on our land plots. So far there are 3 public and 3 domestic wells. Several homes have already been built.

The Rodniki Kin Domain Settlement has grown and developed significantly over time. We hope to expand it further and invite future neighbours to come here and find their piece of land among us!
