Pervoistoki (Legkanur)

Pervoistoki (Legkanur) Kin Domain Settlement is situated 40 km from the city Yoshkar-Ola.
There are three ponds on the territory. One of them is inhabited by beavers and herons. The plant-life is diverse, with abundant wild apple trees, cherry, plum and bird cherry trees. The settlement is dwarfed by ravines on both sides. There is electricity. Part of the land is owned privately, and part is rented.

In the future we plan to develop the settlement further by organising a system of upbringing and education for our children and ensuring financial independence of the residents.

Our settlement is made up of a group of long-term friends. We are looking for other friendly neighbours to join our community!
